Four tips to junior developers

Here are a few things I would have loved to hear when I was fresh. They help set a much better mindset.

Your application is never done.

You will be ashamed of your own code when you revisit it a year later, so never judge others code. Instead learn from their (and your old) mistakes.

Never correct a bug until you fully understand why it happen. Chances are that you’ll otherwise screw something else up.

Fast programmers aren’t necessarily better programmers. They might just write more bugs in less time. Take your time and do it right, you’ll get the speed eventually.
